Windsor America promoted Rita Price to Vice President of Human Resources and Safety, bringing nearly four decades of human resources experience to the position.
Price served a decade as HR Director for Windsor Door, a major employer within Windsor America’s portfolio of garage door companies. In that role, Price developed and executed HR strategy and policy in support of the company’s business plan, strategic direction and core values.
Her promotion further supports Windsor America’s commitment to building a consistent, high-quality HR function that advances employee experience and operational excellence across its nationwide family of businesses.

Price earned a human resources degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her career has been defined by developing strong talent pipelines, elevating workplace culture and ensuring HR and safety practices support long-term organizational goals.
