Our Leadership
Wright serves as CEO of Windsor America and has been with the company for 17 years. He has led sales and business development and played a pivotal role in forming Windsor America, a multi entity national company. Wright's strategic leadership has been instrumental in the organization's significant growth and expansion.
As the COO of Windsor America and President of Windsor Door Bob Strahan is a highly driven, performance -focused leader with 25+ years executive experience. Strahan's reputation among customers and within the industry is a direct reflection of his devotion to Windsor Door and Windsor America.
Meet Sam Sciotto, our dynamic CRO of Installation and President of Lodi Garage Door. His leadership and expertise propel our company to new heights. With a robust sales and inventory management background, Sam excels in optimizing operations and driving financial success.
Sam is renowned for his no-compromise leadership style that empowers every team member to excel. His unwavering commitment to his team shows his passion for fostering a collaborative and high-achieving workplace environment. Under Sam's guidance, our installation divisions thrive, delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
With over 20 years of financing and accounting experience, Nate has a proven track record in driving growth, profitability, cash flow, M&A, and investor relations, with expertise in solving complex business challenges and driving continuous improvement. His background includes executive roles from startups to large companies, along with board experience as an advisor and director. He holds a bachelor's in accounting from ASU and an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a CPA.
David Dancer joined the Windsor America team as Chief Technology Officer in 2023. He is responsible to support the growing technology needs of Windsor America as well as bringing new technology to the organization to move the company forward.
Prior to his role with Windsor America, David was the IT Director for Sadler’s Smokehouse, a subsidiary of Hormel Foods, where his team developed state of the art data collection and custom software applications to meet the rigorous food safety traceability requirements. During this time, he also led the transition of all IT systems to Hormel infrastructure which involved a total replacement of all equipment and software used to run Sadler’s Smokehouse.
David has over 25 years in IT and manufacturing experience where he began his IT career at Windsor Door which is now part of the Windsor America organization. During his time with Windsor Door, he implemented data collection for shipping and manufacturing as well as developing applications to integrate with legacy ERP applications.
In his spare time David earned his Private Pilot license and enjoys flying with his wife to see family and friends and travel across the country.
Brandon brings a wealth of experience in operations, finance, and leadership across manufacturing, home services, and construction industries. His strategic mindset, results-driven approach, and hands-on leadership style make him a fantastic addition to our team. Throughout his career, Brandon has successfully led high-growth companies, optimized business operations, and driven profitability through strategic planning and technology integration.
